About Christian

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

First, I am team player. I consider myself a physical RB/DB that does not shy away from contact. My offensive style is patient, but explosive when the opportunitiy is there. I like to say that I can find the hole or if necessary create one and gain positive yardage. On defense I am a hunter. I will find the ball at all costs. In addition I have the speed and agility to cover well in the open field

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a team first mentality. I believe that if everyone does whats best for the team we'll all be successful. I believe in the first one in last one out mentality. Personally I feel I am a leader with a strong will to win. I am very easy to get along with and show respect to everyone. I value my opportunities and take advantage of each one I get. I love to being around my teammates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Honor Roll Freshman - all four semesters Honor Roll Sophmore Year- first two semesters of the year so far

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As one if four kids, I have had the opportunity to watch my older brother excel as a leader and the QB of my highschool football team and mirrored the qualiites I watched him diplay. I participate in all fundraisers at school, I have volunteered with my father at numerous veterans benefits, as well volunteered with our youth football organization and the special needs sports groups.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced some significant challenges as everyone has. I suffeered some serious injuries that seemed to keep me off the field for a lot of the season. Right off the bat I took at knee to the helmet that kept me out of the first two games. Shortly after that I suffered a severe bone bruise to my lower shin which lingered. Upon returning and ready to go I suffered a seaosn ending concussion.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will afford me opportunities to play football, but more importantly provide me with a well rounded educaiton that prepares me to succeed in life. The college for me should be one that upholds high standard on and off the field. The right college will offer opportunities to excel and gain real world experience in the work place.
