Chris Williams Chris Williams 5'8" | 155 lbs | WR Buffalo | 2024 State WV had a stellar junior season for the Buffalo Bison at receiver and put up some impressive statistics. Williams hauled in 26 catches for an astounding 628 yards and 6 touchdowns averaging 24 yards per catch. He has picked up two offers from D3 Otterbein (OH) and the unfortunately now-defunct Alderson Broaddus Sprint team this summer. The 5’8 155 speedy slot receiver can stretch the field with his speed or do damage in the screen game. Williams can outrun most Class A defensive backs and get behind them and separate consistently. He has a quick release and can make plays after the catch to turn small gains into big plays. Williams also has good route-running ability that pairs nicely with his quickness to seemingly always be open. Buffalo lost talented QB Josh Moody Josh Moody 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Nitro | 2025 State WV to transfer so it will be interesting to see if Buffalo can get Williams the ball as much as they did a season ago or have to get more creative with how they get him touches.
