. Has dabbled with the wide receiver, safety, and outside linebacker positions, this as a young man entering his senior year at Conwell-Egan. 3.5 GPA.
Currently un-offered, currently ranks as a high-end Division Two prospect. PSAC offers haven’t gone out to 2026s for the most part, yet I am positive he’s on PSAC radars at the very least. Registered 20+ catches as a junior, six went for scores. Toombs will likely serve as WR1 again for the program, alongside Fofana, who will likely see an extended role on offense if need be, despite his prowess at DB.
Excels as a flanker, is the primary target of vertical shots taken by Kimbrough. Fantastic tracking skills, Toombs can locate and adjust to inaccurate/underthrown balls. Several of Toombs’ 22 catches came 25+ yards downfield. Great near the sideline, the kid has spatial awareness to understand where he is on the field as the ball heads down on its trajectory. An obvious choice inside of ten yards. Might still be growing, listed at 6’4 during his junior year, now lists at 6’5. Has some quality reps on tape aligned at OLB, but production might be a bit scarce. Was once looked at by myself as a D1 prospect. He can still break through the D2 ceiling if he can prove his speed. Likely a D2 TE/EDGE prospect, love some of the TE/in-line alignments CEC has Toombs stationed at. Tape shows he’s an easy slant target too, especially when working underneath his inside WRs in trips concepts.

Conwell-Egan’s passing game is currently non-existent, although the program is still capable of winning football games despite the deficiency. Egan’s run game looks as stout as ever.

is still a wideout worth keeping an eye on. Toombs could be of worth on the defensive side of the ball, yet his size and potential at WR or TE makes his two-way potential alluring. A name to know regardless of passing production. Toombs has caught two balls on the year, the junior catching a 40-yard bomb against Chichester. Conwell-Egan is going to look to run the ball down opponents’ throats, yet Toombs needs to be accounted for.

‘ ranking is strictly based on projection. 6’4, 195, 2026 pass-catcher who doesn’t have a lick of tape to his name. I still deliver with high praise and the young man could rush the passer opposite Fairey, while also serving as an OTN wideout who can compliment

‘s game. His rank will change as he continues to develop, his position may change as well. One thing I know, I’m excited to see this kid on the field. He’s already got some scrimmage tape floating on Twitter, a rep where he intercepts the football from his EDGE position. When his name pops in the PCL Blue, I won’t be surprised.
