In a very close offensive battle between the Glendale Falcons and the Neosho Wildcats, Newberry put on an absolute clinic through the air. Even though the falcons fell short in overtime losing 44 to 38, Newberry played his heart out and left it all on the football field.

His deep ball accuracy is pretty impressive and lives up to his name “Cash”, putting the football right on the money. He has really improved from his Junior year and its pretty evident even though its only week one.

With a fluid, easy throwing motion and instinctive timing in the passing game, Cash Newberry Cash Newberry 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Glendale | 2026 State MO is a very effective quarterback. He gets the ball out fast and accurately, which makes him especially useful in tempo-based offenses. He does a great job layering throws under safeties and over linebackers, and his deep ball has a noticeable touch. In the pocket, Newberry plays coolly, feeling pressure without losing his cool. Every year, he’s gotten better, particularly at using his eyes to control defenders. Newberry projects as a collegiate quarterback with a high football IQ who can succeed in a system that relies heavily on RPOs or spreads.

The offense under new head coach Frank Tristan had a little bit of a different feel for the Falcons in 2024, but Cash Newberry Cash Newberry 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Glendale | 2026 State MO still put up 2579 passing yards and 23 touchdowns on 268 passing attempts.

Newberry is a second-year starter for the Glendale Falcons. In the past years Glendale usually threw the ball 95% of their offensive snaps. In 2024 it was more of a balanced attack. Newberry is as poised as a quarterback can be. With his experience at running an empty offensive scheme with 5 wide receivers on the field, Newberry rolls through his progressions effortlessly. With Newberry’s senior season approaching in 2026 he’s just going to improve.
