We just had Cameron at this winter’s Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase, as the 6’3 191 pounder was in my top-tier for top performers at his position. At that verified size, Cameron I recall ran a mid-high 4.6 40 yard dash and is a young man that I really liked him from a character perspective as well. He boosts a big catch radius that you would want in your WR room and has upside getting more yards after contact with that big frame. I also was impressed with Cameron as a run-blocker as he is one of the first out of this group to show you how quick he can get from leverage and get hole sepration with ease. Cameron is surely one I like as a potential riser in this next update.

Cameron was surely one of the biggest stockrisers I had logged from in the 2027 North Dakota class from our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in Aberdeen. The verified 6’3 191 pounder ran a 4.68 40-yard dash, 4.54 pro shuttle, and 7.24 in the L-drill as when you look at Cameron on testing numbers alone you can gauge the consistency that he has with his speed and change of direction. With the several reps I got to watch out of Cameron the seperation ability stuck out of like glue, as his length he has with his very long strides and agile movement got him ample seperation in just about everyrep I watched as there was a plethora of well-versed skillsets he showed off. North Dakota is starting to look a little stacked in thier 2027 WR group especially within this top 5.

Cameron is a wide receiver that on his sophomore tape, doesn’t just show his presence with the ball, he intrigues even more with his run-blocking off the ball. One that has a bigger football IQ than he might get credit for those off-ball efforts as the technique Cameorn has on his blocks set the tone last year for the Sentinels opening up the run on the second and third levels. Cameron is one that you can tell watches and reads the tape before games as his pinning ability with his blocks go outside the box for what most evaluators look for at the wide receiver position as the 6’3 190 pounder also has great fluidity in his athletic movement. One that I feel has great upside that hasn’t been tapped into fully yet and will soon.
