earned the Most Versatile Interior Lineman superlative in the 2026 class. At 6’0” and 295 pounds, he brings athleticism, strength, and balance to the trenches.
His mobility sets him apart. He moves well in space, quickly pulls, and consistently reaches the second level. He has an excellent impact on contact, whether blocking in-line or on the move. His ability to play both guard and center only adds to his value. Not only can he handle pass protection at both spots, but he also recognizes blitzes and adjusts accordingly—a crucial trait for interior linemen.
Despite flying under the radar, Sternlieb played a key role in St. Thomas Aquinas’s strong season. He’s one of their top linemen, and his stock should continue to rise. Expect his name to gain traction as one of the top interior prospects to watch in 2026.

is a younger player who got serious burn early on in his career. The big man seems to play bigger than he actually is. One thing Sternlieb did well that I appreciated was that he seems to come off of his combo blocks, as he keeps his eyes up for scraping linebackers. However, before Sternlieb comes off on those double teams, he and his adjacent teammate seem to consistently displace their down-lineman. From there he then does a nice job strafing to seal off any leakage from the second level. When backside Sternlieb does a good job of positioning himself to cut off any pursuit angles behind the line. Sternlieb should remember to rework, or refit his hands when on- or drive blocking.

For some reason I get a thrill out of watching a prospect at a camp compete that I remember evaluating and scouting their film – Sternlieb gave me that thrill during the PSR Big Showcase. It was more of the same from what I previously scouted, and certainly some improvement as well. My first though was that Sternlieb was destined to become a lineman. He had great form in every spin he took. His classmates at St. Thomas Aquinas ought to hide their wallets, for Sternlieb comes off of as a bully looking to snatch their milk money. He was extremely physical in everything he did, setting a tone for the sub-2024 line group. Lastly, Sternlieb’s feet seemed to have improved from what I recall on his film. He moved more quickly in tight spaces and thus limited opportunities for him to get beat.

. Sternlieb also wrestles for the Trojans.
For such a young player there are many glows to his game. First thing I noticed was that Sternlieb executes a nice skip-pull on power. He also understands that if d-linemen want to run away from the play, let them. Another thing I was actually really surprised to see was that for such a young player, he does a great job keeping his eyes up in order to pick up line stunts. More impressive, he knew to put this clip on his film – which is something I do not see much of from seniors! We talked about his skip-pull, but Sternlieb has quick feet when working to protect his gap in pass protection. He has the size to win on down blocks and is locked hip-to-hip with his adjacent linemen when double-teaming. A few things for Sternlieb to clean up, which he has plenty of time to, is to keep his base at all times, work his hands, and lower his pad level. Should be do this, Sternlieb will be an absolute bulldawg in the trenches.
I hope that Sternlieb earns plug-and-play status this coming school year. Beyond that, I hope that the Trojan’s
