 Probably the best defensive performer from day three of the Blue Cross Bowl Football Championships was this East TN linebacker that wrecked havoc all game long versus Pearl Cohn. Stinnett made an impact early with a scoop and score that was an exciting play to put the Tornadoes up 14-0. This senior linebacker made a sack to close out the half then recovered another fumble in the second period. Stinnett was everywhere in this game, he was a machine that could not be blocked by the Firebirds. His efforts definitely made an impact and helped the Tornadoes earn their 11th state title in a row.
