Prep Redzone has been high on this guy since his Freshman season and it has been fun to watch his progression over the last 3 years. T/F background and he shows that speed in his route running, he can get vertical on you quick. He is not only a deep ball threat but possess outstanding hands and the ability to find the holes in coverage. Frazier is twitchy with the ball in his hands making him hard to wrap up. The Irish are getting a good one in South Bend.
