Logging nearly 70 tackles thus far this season, Carrington’s Brock Jungels Brock Jungels DL Carrington | 2024 State ND is another small school North Dakota prospect that has raised his stock in the 2023 season.  Where I have seen Brock develop most in his senior season is with his agility in the trenches, as he’s gotten quicker with his hands, developed his athleticism, and in my eyes has grown his vision deeper around the trenches at defensive end. Brock is another prospect that has grown with his hands in his senior season, as I have seen more physicality with his get off than what I saw in his junior season. His recruiting has also picked up steam since July with multiple Division III and NAIA offers on his recruiting trail. Twitter

Brock is a Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase alum that I believe has found his natural position for the next-level after watching last weeks tape which he recorded seven tackles in which three of those were for a loss against Thompson. Where Brock has risen most in my eyes, is how much more developed his positioning has gotten with his angles to the ball carrier as he has developed his football IQ swiftly since my last evaluation and also has grown with how much more strength he’s gotten off his blocks. He has also gotten more agile with his hands and the Division III and NAIA schools certainly saw that at camps this summer and I am sure have seen more of his growth as we reach towards the middle of the 2023 season.
