Let’s take a look at Part I of my 2023 season stockrisers.
Jordan Hernandez

Over the last few weeks of the season, Jordan has intrigued me with his vision with and without the ball in the open field as from season start to the days before playoffs start in North Dakota, he has grown with his instincts especially within the open field. He has also opened up the field for Alexander with his pass-catching ability and shows that consistency I mentioned with the rushing attack as his agile presence between the tackles is vividly seen as a small school 2025 prospect that is already getting some Division II interest locally in North Dakota. As a Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase alum, Zach is a linebacker prospect I have seen growth from last Spring as we approach into the plays with the biggest skillset popping out is his physicality. Zach has grown more strength within his frame from his sophomore tape into his junior tape and it’s evident when you watch his tape every week. Zach also has developed his first step, which has aligned him with better positioning with that contact I mentioned as he has more longevity in his motor to patrol the edges of the field with more explosion based on what his tape shows off. Zach is another ND prospect that has gained some interest from North Dakota schools from Division II, NAIA and the JUCO ranks. Twitter

Logan is a prospect I have scouted for a handful of years now, and the biggest growth I have seen out of him in his senior season certainly shows off with his ability to get yards after contact. Logan has grown into his body and that explosion in his lower body has certainly developed from watching him during last camp season to watching his late-season tape, as he’s grown fluid consistency not only with his yards after contact either, as Logan has also grown more twitchy vision with his change of direction and breaks with more burst downhill in my eyes. Logan holds two NAIA offers and I expect that number to increase within the next month with other Dakota schools getting involved. Twitter

Drake is a new addition of 2025 prospects to add to my North Dakota rankings as a long-striding 6’2 175 pound wide receiver that plays with more length than those measurables will show you on tape. His route-running in the slot shows off smooth agility to create separation over the middle of the field and that field vision Drake shows off smooth athletic traits as well in the return game on tape. Drake also shows off some finesse while coming back on his route and shows off the ball-tracking ability that should certainly appease to the NAIA and Division II levels, as another small-town prospect on the rise in the 2025 class on this list. Grady was a most recent to our last North Dakota 2024 rankings, and is a defensive tackle that has continued to grow thru the duration of his senior season. I love the developed positioning and aggression Grady has shown off in his 6’1 265 pound frame especially with his hands, as he not only has shown more physicality in the trenches, he’s created a better vision while attacking the ball carrier or causing havoc into the backfield. The other skillset that pops out with Grady is his strength as he has been able to get downhill with ease that his driving footwork, that has also seen development especially over the last several weeks. I am certainly surprised Grady doesn’t have a NAIA offer yet, as he is certainly due for one. Twitter

Logging nearly 70 tackles thus far this season, Carrington’s Brock Jungels Brock Jungels DL Carrington | 2024 State ND is another small school North Dakota prospect that has raised his stock in the 2023 season. Where I have seen Brock develop most in his senior season is with his agility in the trenches, as he’s gotten quicker with his hands, developed his athleticism, and in my eyes has grown his vision deeper around the trenches at defensive end. Brock is another prospect that has grown with his hands in his senior season, as I have seen more physicality with his get off than what I saw in his junior season. His recruiting has also picked up steam since July with multiple Division III and NAIA offers on his recruiting trail. Twitter
Aiden Wunderlich
Aiden Wunderlich
Another new name to my radar this time in the North Dakota 2026 class is Central Cass 6’6 270 pound offensive linemen Aiden Wunderlich. Aiden doesn’t just have a vicious frame to show off, he shows it off at the point of attack as an offensive tackle that shows off some versatile skillsets with the use of his hands. With those versatile skillsets Aiden offers excellent drive blocking ability that can execute into the second level and he also is a OT prospect that looks to multi-engage once his first defender is on the turf. His long arms also pay off some dividends as his reaching ability allows him to angle block and with all the strength in his hands, easily can put his blocker on the turf. Aiden might be one of my favorite new prospects to our 2026 rankings amongst offensive linemen out of Central Cass. Twitter
