rnClaiming the number three spot on my list is , a quarterback at Rockvale High School. What makes Mayhew so dangerous under center is his arm strength and quick release, proving he only needs a few seconds to connect with his receivers deep in the backfield. I also like Mayhew’s composure under pressure, using strong footwork to maneuver the field and find an open man down the stretch or in the endzone for the long pass. Mayhew also impresses with his precision in crucial moments, showing off his ability to hit his receivers anywhere on the field despite heavy pressure and relentless coverage down the stretch.

Good footwork in the pocket, he throws on time and delivers accurate balls down the field. Solid athletic ability to run zone read and make some plays with his legs when off script. Mayhew is a quality middle of the field thrower that throws with anticipation. Excellent ball placement on the move and makes big time throws in big time moments.

Brennan Mayhew Brennan Mayhew 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Rockvale | 2024 TN is a quarterback prospect that plays for Rockvale High School and everyone needs to be keeping an eye on him. His footwork and processing are very good in the pocket to get the ball out on time with great touch and accuracy. Quick release and he shows nice decision making skills to get the ball to the correct wide receiver. Mayhew is technically sound and is overall a very intelligent football player.

He displays very good pocket presence and will escape and create plays off script with good accuracy on the run. Mayhew shows active yes to get through his reads and will make nice, layered throws. His ability to create windows with the pocket is very impressive and shows impressive touch and accuracy down the field.
