Another rising talent that people should have on their radar is Nakavi Gundy Nakavi Gundy 6'2" | 170 lbs | ATH TN , an athlete out of Rockvale Middle School that made his presence known at a recent practice I attended. Gundy has outstanding footwork and speed, showcasing his ability to get in prime position for the catch during one of the Tennessee Vultures’ recent practices. I also really liked how Gundy can pick up speed off the snap to get wide open in the backfield.

I also really liked what I saw from Nakavi Gundy Nakavi Gundy 6'2" | 170 lbs | ATH TN , an athlete at Rockvale Middle School. Gundy made a huge difference in positional training with his size, speed and ability to be versatile in the backfield. Gundy also impressed with his route-running ability and consistency in hauling in the deep pass. A rising talent out of the Murfreesboro area to get familiar with in the near future.

2030 Tennessee Vultures DB Nakavi Gundy Nakavi Gundy 6'2" | 170 lbs | ATH TN was a standout on day two of our Battle in Bama 7v7 event as one of the top defenders of the day. He’s a physically imposing 8th grader who looms large over most athletes in the 14U group. Gundy’s length and physical play generated several pass breakups each game as a shutdown defensive back on the outside. Gundy is likely to develop into a future high-level college prospect if he continues to progress and hasn’t peaked early.
