Braylon Thomas Braylon Thomas 6'2" | 180 lbs | ATH Union Area | 2024 State PA played quarterback for Union Area but projects as an athlete in college. He is a fluid athlete that runs very well. He is tough to bring down in the open field and he is an elusive runner. He has good speed and runs by defenders. His film also includes kickoff returns and he flashes good skills at this as well. His film didn’t include any defense, but I could see him playing defense if he committed to it in College. Thomas is a good prospect and with the right College, he could be a dynamic weapon as a receiver or running back.

Braylon is a dangerous athlete when he has the football. Thomas is an athlete that showcases wide receiver abilities for the next level. He’s the guy that you find a way to get touches during the game. He’s a playmaker that also displays the possibility of being a kick returner collegiately. Braylon is an athlete that also has the ability to be a DB in college.

Ranks right behind Watkins, again, not much reason to drop this kid after this upcoming update. The athlete is likely to see love at WR, as coaches I’ve gauged like him to transition to that position full-time. His quarterback play shouldn’t be shrugged off, said play led Union Area minutes away from a State Title last December. The young man boasts a 11.1 100M time, while also claiming punting/kicking abilities to his name. There’s a lot to unpack when plugging in this kid’s tape. Still unoffered.

Braylon Thomas Braylon Thomas 6'2" | 180 lbs | ATH Union Area | 2024 State PA jumped from unranked to Top 100 prospect after I witnessed how special of an athlete he is at Cumberland Valley this past December. I’ve checked in on his socials numerous times, things are generally quiet when scoping what recruiting interest has surrounded him at this point. Quiet socials are hardly an indicator of quiet recruitment, yet I get the feeling we would have heard something by now. The top 10 athlete is versatile in his own right. Obvious quarterback prospect who will have to be willing to field potential position swaps at the next level. As my ranking suggests, he should be more than capable considering the skillset he brings to the table. FCS programs should key in on this young man, so long as he camps well.
