About Brandon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am leveraged as a defensive weapon being moved between free safety and corner depending on the need. I am a fast, physical defensive back who excels in man and zone coverage. I play disciplined, stay in phase, compete at the catch point, and take pride in shutting down my assignment. I communicate well, tackle in space, and bring a high football IQ every snap.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Disciplined, competitive, and coachable. I stay composed, prepare thoroughly, and hold myself accountable while being a dependable teammate.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Track and Field

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I lead by example through preparation, communication, and effort. I am a supportive teammate, respond well to coaching, and stay composed in competitive situations. I take pride in representing my team and community with discipline and respect.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have been fortunate to have strong support from my family, coaches, and school, and I have not faced any major adversity. Because of that, I challenge myself to maintain high standards, stay disciplined, and continue improving every day. I don’t take opportunities for granted and focus on making the most of the position I’m in.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a competitive football program with a strong culture, great coaching, and opportunities for development. I want a school that challenges me academically while preparing me for success on and off the field.

Lindsey has eight career interceptions over the last two seasons as part of a talented Eastern Alamance secondary. He’s at his best as a deep safety, where he can read the quarterback and make plays on the ball. But I like that he never gets so deep as to take himself out of the play. His default is to be aggressive, and it opens a lot of opportunities for big plays, not only for himself but for his teammates, as well.
