Parrish had a strong varsity debut for Southeast Alamance as a sophomore, and it looks like he’s getting bigger, stronger, and faster so far this offseason. Given his athletic profile and technical abilities, Parrish may have the highest upside of anybody on this list. Where he finishes the season in these rankings will depend on how big a step he takes toward his ceiling.

The Southeast Alamance coaching staff isn’t afraid to play younger players, and Parrish benefited from that confidence in 2025. The sophomore corner has length and plenty of strength to match up with bigger wide receivers, and he flashed ball skills last year, too. He picked off two passes, returning one for a touchdown, and deflected a handful of passes, helping Southeast Alamance’s strong defense hold the opposition at bay.
