We are big fans of linemen who come from the Bridgeport Indians’ program and will get to see one of their young ones coming through their system in action at the combine in 2026 OL Braedyn Yates Braedyn Yates 5'11" | 220 lbs | OL Bridgeport | 2026 WV . He may one day be considered a long snapper in our rankings as he has versatility at that position as well with size that may better fit there as a college prospect. We’ll get to see him compete as an offensive lineman at the combine though to see how he holds up against some bigger bodies, but Yates should have the physical strength to hold his own. He also competes as a powerlifter and just finished in second place at the Glen Elk Iron State meet in the 220-pound division. Undersized but strong linemen can always sneak up on bigger athletes who may overlook their smaller size, so don’t be surprised to see him win his fair share of reps in 1-on-1s. That’ll be our main question for him to answer at the combine without any film available right now, and we’ll have a much better understanding of Yates’ game at this stage of his career after the event.
