Brad is a prospect who has really developed nicely over the years. A 2 year started already for Loyola he has great size and frame for the position. He has a real live arm, can spin it and let it fly with just a flick of his wrist. Strong arm with lots of zip on the ball and can throw from multiple angles. Is proficient in multiple passing styles. Effective from a shotgun set or under center, run play action, and can roll out and throw on the run. Seiss possess a cannon for an arm, can make every throw across all 3 levels of the passing game. He’s also a great worker, high football IQ and high academic kid with a 4.2 GPA. Brad will impress plenty of people this off season and I will be surprised if he is not a scholarship kid after this summer.

Loyola has a prototypical pocket passer in Seiss, he has great size and impressive arm talent. He has an eye-catching skill of throwing while he’s on the roll out to the left. Seiss is an accurate passer and drops the ball right over defenders hands. His awareness and field vison while on the scramble are impressive.
