Ayron is tied with Jake for the team lead in sacks with four, along with nine tackles and 3.5 TFLs. On the Prep defensive line, Ayron is responsible for manning one of the defensive end spots, where he has demonstrated the ability to win with either power or finesse. He has the strength to bully his way into opposing backfields with heavy hands and a powerful leg drive. Shaw has also demonstrated his ability to work the edge, using his quickness to fire off the ball and collapse the pocket on the outside, or he can use his impressive lateral mobility to cut back across the blocker’s face to win inside. Shaw does a great job in helping contain the outside run with the ability to shed blocks and continue pursuing the ball. Already an impressive set of skills with tons of upside!
