Bynum made a strong statement in Week 0 with a physical performance that showed his ability to impact the game from the edge. He finished with 13 total tackles, a tackle for loss, a sack and a forced fumble. Bynum did a good job setting the edge and limiting running lanes while using his hands and strength to shed blocks. His ability to close space in the open field allowed him to consistently finish tackles and his sack showed that he can create pressure when attacking the quarterback. Bynum’s combination of strength, physicality and playmaking ability makes him an intriguing up and coming defender. If he continues producing, he could become a name to know in the 2029 class.
