Ramsey is one of the more efficient and quick switched passers across Idaho and checked into our rankings as a top 10 player at his position. He reads defenses quickly, does a good job buying time with his legs while keeping his eyes downfield and has a quick and snappy release to get the ball out fast and can fit his throws into tight windows. He does a tremendous job moving defenders with his eyes and working quickly through his progressions while showing he can put good touch on the ball over the top with velocity and spin. He is also a very efficient passer and is not afraid to take what is given downfield. Ramsey should have a very successful camp circuit this summer and is definitely a name to note as we move through the 2025 season.
