Minnett enters into our rankings as another top defensive line prospect and although a bit undersized for the position has elite technique, a high motor and plays bigger at all times. He has a strong initial punch when re-setting the LOS and plays tough inside with backside pursuit and can apply interior pressure with both speed and power. Minnett should continue to be able to pack on weight through out his college career and fit in nicely as either a 4-down edge guy or inside as a snappy and twitchy 3-tech.

Minnett recently picked up his first offer from College of Idaho and is a no-brainer to enter into our rankings in the next rankings update later next month. He is very athletic for the inside, has a great first step, initial punch and shows a variety of primary and secondary pass rush moves in his toolbox. Look for a host of other D3/NAIA schools to come in and offer the senior rusher through his final season.
