An underrated South Georgia receiver who should really shine for Colquitt County this fall, Locket is a quick, shifty receiver who can stretch the field and find a way to sneak past defenders. He tracks the ball well and secures it with ease. For Dougherty last season, the 6-foot-0 175-pounder caught 34 passes for 506 yards and 8 touchdowns for an impressive 21 yards per catch. Good things happen when he’s got the ball in his hands, and it should happen on a consistent basis next fall for the Packers.
