He’s an imposing force at 6’/275 with the strength and leverage to move IOL off the ball and fight through double teams. He’s a strong block shedder that uses active, violent hands to throw blockers aside and finishes with hard motor to the football. Taylor, who added offers from Minot St. and Mt. Jr. is a talented two-sport athlete out of Henderson, Nevada. He has visited Southern Utah University, but I am surprised the rock-solid defender does not have any offers. Expect that to change before his senior season has finished.
Antoine’s quickness allows him to slip blocks with ease, while next level range shows changing direction and closing on ball carriers in a hurry. Coaches like Antoine’s powerful punch that resets the line of scrimmage immediately after the snap. Good hand technique, plus power & acceleration allow Antoine to be a versatile interior pass rusher in college.
