The Cary-Grove running back played a major role in the Trojans vaunted rushing attack, earning himself 6A All-State honors. The senior was known for breaking off long runs by luring opposing defenses to let their guard down after several 3 and 4 yard gains. Prio posted runs of 77, 69, 57, and 37 yards this year, showcasing his speed and shiftiness in the open field. But don’t be mistaken, Prio is also a physical runner who can sneak through any hole to gain extra yardage. The Cary-Grove back raced his way to a 6A State Championship this season and will soon be making an immediate impact for any college program that takes a chance on him.
