continues to bring a lot of versatility to the Bishop McGuinness lineup and he’s doing it on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Harris provides the Irish with a reliable target in the passing game from the tight end position. He’s also an extension of the offensive line when it comes to dominating the line of scrimmage. Defensively, Harris is a hybrid defender that seems to be just as comfortable putting his hand on the ground and coming off the edge or standing up as more of a traditional linebacker. No matter where Harris is lined up, opponents need to know where he is at all times. This could end up being a big senior season for him.

is one of the 2026 prospects we’re fired up to watch this season after watching him a handful of times in the offseason. Harris is a good-looking athlete and had a solid showing on the 7v7 circuit when we caught him in person. Now, you throw some pads on and allow him to really take advantage of his size and we won’t be surprised to see a breakout season from the Irish junior. There is a lot of potential with Harris coming into this season and with McGuinness having a tough early season schedule, it will give Harris a big platform to have that breakout moment. And Irish fans will be hoping there’s more than just one.

is a very intriguing prospect to watch moving forward. He certainly fits the “jumbo athlete” category where he plays close to the line of scrimmage with good size and athleticism. Throughout the weekend, Harris impressed us on the defensive side of the ball. He did a good job as a linebacker, reading the quarterback and knowing where to be. Harris is a prospect that has a lot of promise moving forward. He not only impressed us, but a few other media members in attendance. Harris is going to be a name to watch moving forward throughout the rest of the 7v7 circuit and into the summer.
