who lands upwards from last rankings update at OL2. The now 6’7 285 pounder for the Chargers, really moved the needle on tape with his junior seaosn tape from the summer. With him getting approxmately 30 pounds lighter entering the 2025 season, you can notice it quickly with watching his foot speed as he progressed more fluidily in his movement from what we grasped on tape. There is doubt about that Andersen can dominate the point of attack with hands, as the reps you see on tape show off more man-handling capability with how efficently and in control he is getting to the second level. He constantly gets defensive linemen to their breaking point when he gets a hold of them and has a great shot to be our OL1 by next update. TWITTER

You can assure that when Andersen gets his hands quickly on his defender, that he is going to overpower them with sound leverage at the point of attack. The now 6’7 300 pounder, has hit a growth spurt since our last update. He was overpowering in the tape reps he showed off in his junior season in pass-protection which surely grew a ton from his sophomore to junior season with the Chargers. He just picked up his first offer the other day on his junior day at Augustana, and I can assure he will have plenty more coming on his recruitng trail in the upcoming 6 plus months as one that I feel could catch plenty of attention from the D1 level as he comes from a D1 family that played in the Missouri Valley.

South Dakota – To be transparent, Semchenko got the nod by default here, since I don’t have another 2027 South Dakota prospect on my list at this point. That’s not to say he isn’t well-deserving of the recognition because the young man has size and improving ability. At 6-foot-4 and 280 pounds in the eighth grade, he’s reportedly the same size or bigger than his older brother, 2025 prospect Lincoln Semchenko. The older Semchenko is starting to see college interest pick up a bit, receiving camp invites from BIG10, MAC and FCS schools. The brothers will be at Sioux Falls Christian in the fall.
