Here’s an athlete who saw early FBS interest out of Old Dominion, mainly for his versatility on defense, as well as his height/weight combination. Plenty of desirable traits, solid tape too. Usually, you can guess that there might be other issues concerning his lack of recruitment, that’s not for me to look into or decide. I know this kid can ball though. Also a basketball player.

Current Offers: Old Dominion, rnLittle over a month ago, Old Dominion showed Imhotep athlete Amaury Hunter Amaury Hunter 6'4" | 210 lbs | ATH Imhotep | 2023 State PA interest in the form of an offer. This acted as the first letter Hunter received thus far, a high-level FBS offer acting as a prospect’s first should tell you just how talented the young man is. We know how deep Imhotep is, so much so that an FBS talent like Hunter can go somewhat unnoticed. That won’t be the case this Fall, expect his offer number to climb after the first quarter of the regular season.

Somehow, we whiffed on this kid in our initial 2023 rankings back in June, we had to get that corrected with a modest Top 125 rank. Hunter is better than his rank suggests. He is in a similar situation to Mysir Mayo Mysir Mayo 6'1" | 255 lbs | DL Imhotep | 2023 State PA , an often overlooked name who is ready to be a regular on the site, and amongst college boards. 6’4, an athlete who can contribute on both sides of the ball, while also excelling on the basketball court as well.
