I think we will need to update Aiden’s size and weight on his profile, because the first thing that stood out about him to me was that he was definitely bigger in person than he’s listed here. That’s a good thing for sure. Aiden has improved with his fundamentals from what I saw, mainly with his footwork and drop rhythms throwing the football. Everything looks much more fluid and natural than what I’ve seen out of him previously. That’s a testament to the work he’s been putting in throughout the offseason. It will be interesting to see who Country Day’s quarterback will ultimately be as we get into August, because it could be a fun battle with multiple talented players vying for the spot, including Aiden.

Aiden was impressive as a young quarterback, and he has a chance to step into some playing time at Country Day this upcoming season. It was obvious to me that Aiden has been doing some dedicated training, as his fundamentals were ahead of most of the quarterbacks in attendance, and probably the best out of the young quarterbacks overall. For his frame, I also thought Aiden had a stronger arm than I expected, so I am excited to see how he continues to grow as we go through the upcoming season.

Ford sat behind a talented senior quarterback last season, but he’s been putting in the work in the offseason and looks like he could take over as the starter at Country Day. He’s not the biggest quarterback, but he’s a workout warrior who always tries to get better. He has a good arm and though there may be growing pains, he has the talent around him to have a great year as a sophomore.
