In perhaps the most eye-catching performance of the weekend, Symalla rushed for a stunning 291 yards on 24 carries, scoring three touchdowns. Symalla’s outing solidified him as one of the top backs in the state, as he showcased an exceptional blend of vision, speed, and power. He repeatedly broke through the defense, consistently picking up big yards and giving his team a huge boost. Symalla’s ability to control the game on the ground set the tone, allowing Arvada West to dominate offensively. This momentum will be essential as he heads into the second round, where he’ll look to replicate this standout performance.

Symalla still had a nice game against Columbine. Symalla had 10 carries for 43 yards, paired with 6 receptions for 33 yard and 1 touchdown. His athletic ability was on full display throughout the game. He has very good change of direction, and used it to create dynamic cuts making defenders miss. Symalla has very good balance, and would regain composure each time he’d start to stumble. Even though he had a fumble, he bounced back and didn’t let that stop him showing his good competitive toughness. Him and

. Symalla measures in at 5’10 185 pounds. Throughout the season, he accounted for 170 carries for 1242 yards and 12 touchdowns. He caught 10 receptions for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns too. Symalla has elite athletic ability due to elite acceleration, speed, change of direction, and very good balance. I’m impressed with his ability to accelerate, decelerate, back to acceleration. It’s very smooth, and not a lot of players have that ability. He utilizes this skill in juking out defenders, and a nasty spin move. Adrian has very good vision, and uses that in tandem with good mental processing to identify the correct holes to rush through. After he gets past the line of scrimmage, he uses his home run speed to run past defenders. Symalla uses his physicality to get extra yardage too, whether that be his stiff arm or trucking through defenders. He’s a natural receiver out of the backfield, being fluid. When his QB is in the scramble drill, Symalla will find a way to make himself, creating easy completions for his QB. I’m very excited to see more of what Symalla does this upcoming season.

Symalla continues to be a back that is making a statement to be the top back in the state and was an offensive standout in this game as well. He only got 5 touches but was able to make the most out of those touches as he picked up 75 yards. He has great vision and is an explosive runner, making the first defender miss often. He will be one of the top exciting running backs to keep an eye on for the next couple of years and is someone you need to know along with his running mate Jaiden Green!

A stud coming out of Arvada West, and he is only a sophomore! Throughout the season, he had 170 carries for 1242 yards with 12 touchdowns. In the passing game, he caught 10 receptions for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns. When I was watching Symalla’s tape, I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. This kid can ball out. Starting out with his athletic ability, it is elite. He has elite speed, acceleration, and change of direction. Looks like he is gliding on the field with his change of direction. He can stop and pivot on a dime. Very smooth cuts. Symalla has a very good spin move, and can juke out defenders easily. It takes a lot to take him down. He’ll break multiple tackles, and keep running. He has very good vision, and can easily spot the holes. Symalla uses his elite acceleration and hits the holes with tenacity. He’ll use his home run speed to get past the 2nd level of defense and punish them for big gains. He’s got good competitive toughness, by not giving up on plays and playing at a high level consistently. He gets physical with the defenders to gain extra yardage. Either using his dangerous stiff arm, or putting the shoulder, he’s not shying away from contact. Symalla has good receiving abilities as well. Natural fluid catcher and is consistent. His mental processing as a receiver really stood out to me. When his QB was under distress, he would come back to assist his scrambling QB. Giving his QB an avenue for easy yardage. Good pass blocker as well. He has a low pad level to out leverage the defender, and give his QB extra time in the pocket to make the correct read downfield

His explosive speed and bruiser abilities when running between the tackles make him a spectacle to watch. Symalla will enter his junior season with high expectations, making him a prospect to invest in early.

Symalla is a back that can hit the hole and get north and south quickly, turning on the jets and outrunning defenders. He is great at following his blocks and shows some elusiveness making the first defender miss. When he gets to the edge it is hard to catch him, turning it into a foot race and making this an intriguing matchup and one you need to keep an eye on.
