About Aaron
Expert Analysis

Roseboro – only one spot behind Pendergrass is a very talented prospect who was a consistent mainstay on both sides of the ball for an extremely successful Bennett program. Roseboro, who I have seen live on multiple occasions is a really talented man coverage corner who plays with physical hands and good instincts.

spent two season at Bennett and has been a menace to opposing offenses ever since. A two way player, Roseboro racked up 45 receptions for 610 yards and 6 touchdowns as a Wide Receiver on an offense loaded with dynamic weapons. As a Defensive Back, where he made the All State team, Aaron was always around the ball. He is excellent in man to man coverage as well as zone. He has great closing speed and tackles with excellent form. This is one cornerback that is not afraid of contact. In his junior and senior seasons, Roseboro tallied 79 tackles 7 interceptions (1 for a touchdown) and 20 pass defensed. He will be joining 6 other Western New York prospects at Edinboro University for the 2024 season.

is a ball hawk type of cornerback who plays an aggressive style of coverage that leads to INTs and PBUs. Roseboro showed on tape he can play multiple types of coverage and really does a good job of breaking up contested catch situations. Roseboro plays bigger than he is and does a really good job of being physical with receivers. Roseboro is also a responsible tackler as a defensive back and does a good job of wrapping legs and finishing tackles the right way and not just attempting to hit guys high. Overall, Roseboro is a really solid prospect but this season could take the next step by turning those ball hawk tendencies into more consistent TOs for Bennett.

is one of the best pure defensive backs in New York. Roseboro is very fundamentally sound and has really solid footwork and hip movement at the position. He is really solid in coverage and does a really good job of getting his head back to the quarterback and tracking the ball. Roseboro also has really solid awareness and skills at the catch point where even if not turned back to the ball, can make plays and break up passes.

In a day where receivers and quarterbacks outnumbered the defensive backs, it wasn’t easy to stand out between how much rest receivers got and the variation of routes being run. Roseboro was easily the most consistent New York cornerback in coverage. Roseboro was sticky with receivers, and even on reps where he could not make a play on the ball he was in a fantastic position for a play after the catch. Roseboro’s size and athleticism made him tough for receivers to beat. Roseboro was also the MVP DB for the entire camp after a consistent strong performance.

which did not help but on several targets Roseboro had Johnson locked down. Roseboro’s highlight of the day was a PBU in the endzone where it looked like Johnson may have had the advantage on the jump ball. Overall, really solid day from Roseboro against one of New York’s best.
