The latest and final 2023 rankings on Prep Redzone Oklahoma were released on Monday with the Top 250 for the state’s 2023 class. Throughout the week, we’ll be breaking down prospects throughout the rankings. From stock risers and newcomers to breakdowns by positions, it will be a busy week! So keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma throughout the week for more on the 2023 class. In this post, we’re putting a spotlight on ten of the best offensive linemen in the state’s 2023 class. This feature doesn’t include Broken Arrow big man Jamison Mejia Jamison Mejia 6'5" | 270 lbs | OL Broken Arrow | 2023 State OK , who was included earlier this week in our Stock Risers article. Nevertheless, these linemen have been some of the more dominant linemen in Oklahoma over the last few seasons.
We kick off this breakdown with Stillwater offensive lineman and Oklahoma State signee JaKobe Sanders JaKobe Sanders 6’3″ | 285 lbs | OL Stillwater | 2023 State OK . The dominant Stillwater big man has gone wire to wire as the top-ranked offensive lineman and a top ten overall prospect in the state’s 2023 class. Sanders has played everywhere along the offensive line but he settled in at center over the last two seasons. As we’ve mentioned in the past, that move has made Sanders an even bigger prospect in our minds. We think that Sanders will have a very strong college career and could even go further.
Highlights
Union offensive lineman and Tulsa signee Bennett Ringleb Bennett Ringleb 6’6″ | 280 lbs | OL Union | 2023 State OK was a 2023 prospect that emerged during his junior season. He lined opposite of Will Thomas, who is now a freshman at New Mexico State. Union had two towering tackles but Ringleb had his junior season cut short because of an injury. But Ringleb came back stronger than ever as a senior and anchored a Union offensive line that was arguably one of the best units in the state. Ringleb’s recruitment would explode during his senior season and he eventually settled on staying home and would sign with Tulsa.
Beggs offensive lineman Kaden Stanton Kaden Stanton 6’5″ | OL Beggs | 2023 State OK is one of the more experienced prospects in the state’s 2023 class. But what’s crazy is despite being one of the more experienced prospects, Stanton still flew somewhat under the radar after starting for several seasons along the Beggs offensive line. Just look at the production of not only Stanton on film but some of the numbers that the Beggs rushing attack has produced. Beggs is routinely one of the top running teams in the state and Stanton is a big part of that. He would commit and eventually sign with New Mexico State.
Another offensive lineman that we’ve written about quite a bit over the last few seasons is Cache big man Kenny Wermy Kenny Wermy 6’5″ | 295 lbs | OL Cache | 2023 State OK following a great career. Wermy was a dedicated prospect that was consistently looking to get better. When you combine that mindset with the physical abilities he has, you have a prospect that has a very high ceiling. Wermy would be one of the more dominant prospects at our various prospect camps and he always had a great reputation from the Trench Mafia training group. He’s betting on himself by walking on at OU and we hope it pays off.

Going back 15-20 years, Jenks has produced some of the top offensive linemen in the state at a consistent rate. Big man Landon Zaldivar Landon Zaldivar 6’5″ | 300 lbs | OL Jenks | 2023 State OK is the latest and he anchored an offensive line that produced one of the better rushing attacks over the last two seasons. But we also can’t help but wonder what could have been with Zaldivar and with the Trojans overall in 2022. They were snakebit by injuries throughout the year and Zaldivar also missed plenty of time with nagging injuries. Missing time didn’t hurt Zaldivar’s recruitment as he committed and signed with Memphis during the early signing period.
When you talk about the state’s 2023 class, Edmond Santa Fe offensive lineman Jonathan Ashford Jonathan Ashford 6’5″ | 290 lbs | OL Edmond Santa Fe | 2023 State OK has to be in the discussion for one of the first prospects who emerged as a legitimate D1 prospect. Ashford started as a freshman in 6A-1 which is simply something we don’t see very often. But when you see a freshman starting at that high level, it gets your attention and those players usually end up being some of the best at their position. That was the case for Ashford as he started for four seasons and would eventually commit and sign with Air Force.
Yet another offensive lineman prospect that benefitted from training with the Trench Mafia. Those guys must know a thing or two. Lawton MacArthur big man Caden Tahbonemah Caden Tahbonemah 6’5″ | 290 lbs | OL Lawton MacArthur | 2023 State OK has been a big man we’ve kept an eye on over the last few seasons and his play on the field and production is similar to Stanton at Beggs. Look at the success that Lawton Mac has had running the ball over the last few seasons. And what’s more impressive is how they’ve had different guys in the roles and it hasn’t mattered. Tahbonemah is headed to Oklahoma Baptist.
McLoud offensive lineman Tryce Lewis Tryce Lewis 6’3″ | 285 lbs | OL McLoud | 2023 State OK has been one of our favorite prospects to watch at the offensive line position. Whether it was at camps, spring practices or on film, Lewis was always an offensive lineman that caught our eye. He’s not the biggest prospect when you compare him to some of the other guys in the class, but when you judge him simply on his play on the field, it’s hard not to be impressed. Lewis should end up having a very successful college career and he signed on the dotted line with Central Oklahoma as the Bronchos once again got an underrated 2023 prospect.

Down in southern Oklahoma, Plainview offensive lineman Garrett Keith Garrett Keith 6’4″ | 280 lbs | OL Plainview | 2023 State OK is another offensive lineman that is going to go the preferred walk on route with Oklahoma State. Keith is one of the more underrated offensive linemen in Oklahoma’s 2023 class and might have gone overlooked because he’s down in southern Oklahoma and away from the two major metro areas in the state. But you throw on the tape and you see a dominant offensive lineman that continues the trend of prospects that are absolute maulers on the football field. We’ll keep up with Keith moving forward.

Our final offensive lineman on this breakdown is Pioneer big man Sean Rich Sean Rich 6’5″ | 295 lbs | OL Pioneer | 2023 State OK . Despite playing 8-man football, Rich is still one of the top prospects at his position and within the state’s 2023 class. Rich has been dominant over the last few seasons because he has a size advantage in nearly every single game. Similar to a lot of the other linemen on this breakdown, Rich has benefitted from training with the Trench Mafia. Rich is going to be joining Oklahoma State as a preferred walk on. Going from 8-man football to the Big 12 will be an interesting adjustment to watch.
