following a great career. Wermy was a dedicated prospect that was consistently looking to get better. When you combine that mindset with the physical abilities he has, you have a prospect that has a very high ceiling. Wermy would be one of the more dominant prospects at our various prospect camps and he always had a great reputation from the Trench Mafia training group. He’s betting on himself by walking on at OU and we hope it pays off.

. He’s another offensive lineman prospect that we’ve known about for a while now and a lot of it has been his performances at our offseason camps. He’s routinely been one of the top prospects at his position every time he comes to our camp. Wermy is a big and strong lineman who has consistently been one of the top ranked players at his position for the state’s 2023 class. Similar to Mejia at Broken Arrow, Wermy’s recruitment has also started to really pick up over the last two months and he should get quite a few more options between now and the next signing period in February. Wermy is a name to watch in the next month.

. This kid does not get enough credit for not only his abilities on the field, but the expertise in his technique. Like many prospects on this breakdown, Wermy has definitely benefitted from training with the OL group “Trench Mafia” during the offseason. He’s also learned from them while at our Prep Redzone camps in the offseason and has routinely been one of the best offensive linemen in the camp. The best football is still ahead of Wermy and he should definitely end up at the next level. He’s one of the better tackle prospects in the state.
