Like many on this list, Greer will provide quality two-way reps. Yet his playmaking ability will make him the primary focus of opposing defenses next Fall. Testing numbers will be crucial in whether or not Greer can elevate his status to the FBS level. Can Souderton unlock this kid's full potential? There's no doubt the coaching staff can do so, just a matter of seeing it come to life. Dyches is a lock to attain FCS suitors at his current level, something every wideout on this list can't say.
