Right off the bat, Dominic looks great in pads. He carries his weight really well, and has good arm length that makes him look and play even bigger than his 6’3” frame suggests. Dominic is a mismatch nightmare for IOL. In one on one matchups the big man is able to win with either power or speed. He explodes out of his stance with a quick first step, gets his hands on, and can drive his OL into the backfield when he plays with power. Frost also has lateral quickness to  beat linemen with quick jukes leaving them punching air. A team is going to get an impact player from the Middleton prospect. The big man is still looking for that first offer. Give him a look.

The 6’3″ 290 lbs is one of the top DL in the Class of 2024. Teams looking to bolster their trenches need to check out the Middleton lineman. Dominic has a next level worthy blend of quickness and strength. Watching through the tape, you see that Frost can win with his body control and agility. He can slip through gaps and leave OL punching at air behind him. Then he can dig in and hold the line after getting good hand placement on the OL. From there he is able to shed the block with his strong hands and then make the tackle. Frost is an exciting prospect who I expect a big rise in play from this season. Keep him high on your radars.

An athlete who has impressed me with his junior play is the Middleton DT. He looks the part at 6’3” 290 lbs. He plays the part too. Dominic is a powerful athlete in his upper and lower body. That allows him to be stout in the trenches and control the line of scrimmage. He can take on double teams, and create separation with his hands and upper body strength. Frost is also gifted with impressive quick twitch athleticism. He can move laterally quick enough to get him around OL, and that athleticism allows him to implement moves such as spin moves to get around blocks. An athlete to keep an eye on next fall. He is one of the top talents at DL.
