He is a legit dual-threat quarterback who is excellent using his legs as a runner.He has improved his ability to read the defense and deliver an accurate ball to his receivers. He has a good arm, and he knows how to put touch on a deep ball. He is also excellent at running when the plays break down, as he keeps his eyes downfield while he throws the ball. Then, as a runner on designed runs, he is good as well. Evans is having a good season and should be getting some offers from College Football coaches.
