Griffen Yamamoto Griffen Yamamoto 6'0" | 185 lbs | DB Mesa | 2025 State AZ runs incredibly crisp routes for Mesa’s offense. Getting plenty of separation just about every time he makes a cut, his quick feet are difficult for defenders to keep up with. After the catch, he does a great job of immediately looking to get upfield and not spend time going east and west. Going for more than 120 yards in each of the last three games, it seems as though Yamamoto is really finding his stride. With the hot start that he’s had to his season, he’s a player coaches should keep an eye on as he works through the back half of his senior year.
