On June 13, 2025, Chris Sanchez, a 5’11”, 200 lb defensive back formally from Catholic Memorial High School, showcased exceptional skills at the 2025 Best of New England Camp. Competing in the GOLD wristband group and donning a MAROON 67 shirt, Chris recorded an impressive 4.5 laser-timed 40-yard dash. Renowned by PRZ scouts for his hybrid safety/linebacker role, he combines instinctive play with a physical playing style, creating disruption in offensive schemes. Since announcing a transfer to Springfield Central High School in fall 2025, he has garnered multiple offers, including from the University of Maine and American International College immediately after the camp, solidifying his status as a hot prospect!

Additionally, Sanchez recorded verified 40-yard dash times of 4.60 seconds on his first attempt and 4.61 seconds on his second. He also achieved a broad jump of 32 inches at the same camp. He had offers from the former BC staff and former Umass staff.

He is physical and enjoys causes havoc to the opponents offense. Chris Sanchez is a name being given to us as a rising freshman. He is a 5’11” 176lb athlete that has elite promise. He received his first Div 1 offer from Boston College in Aug 2022. Sanchez is another young rising freshman that will be suiting up with Catholic Memorial “Knights” this fall 2022 season. Sanchez’s elite athleticism may be too much to ignor and will likley break the Varsity line up heading into the fall schedule.
