One of my favorite Swiss Army knives in the Class of 2024 is the Fond du Lac RB/WR. Tanner plays with enough long speed to create the big plays, but where he really excels is with his quickness and burst. Between his pre-snap alignment and the second level is where Dalske plays at a different speed than the rest of the field. He is able to win with burst or agility, and has the leg drive to be able to rip through the arm tackle attempts. That quickness also shines when Dalske is lined up at WR. He is able to run sudden breaks in his routes, and his hands make him a reliable target. The 6’1″ 190 lbs athlete is a viable three down back and has earned offers from UW- River Falls, UW- Oshkosh, and UW- Platteville.

Tanner continued to do what he seems to have always done. Prove that he can help his team win in multiple different ways. Tanner has experience at RB, WR, and even some Wildcat QB. At the camp, Dalske was 5’11” 194 lbs, ran a 4.65, and had an athletic 7.00 L-Drill. That matches the tape. Dalske has the balance/body control to be able to play physical between the tackles. He is able to run effective routes that open up separation. His hands are reliable. It is all starting to be recognized too as he has recently earned offers from Platteville and Oshkosh. Plenty more are sure to follow. Especially when he takes the field again this fall.

Fond du Lac has been one of my favorite offseason follows. They do a great job of highlighting their athletes in the weight room. Their record keeping, and breaking, is fun for us to watch and gives their kids goals to chase. Tanner Dalske Tanner Dalske 6'0" | 200 lbs | RB Fond du Lac | 2024 State WI chased down one of those goals this month when he broke the 175-200 lbs weight class squat record with a dominant 525 lbs lift! What a rep for the young man. Hit depth, fought it all the way up without letting his form break down. It had me screaming at my computer screen along with his teammates. Great lift!

#158 Up to #96rnTanner made an impressive jump from his sophomore campaign to this season. He grew and filled out his frame, and several other areas of his game improved. Fondy got him on the field at WR and RB. He was able to make plays at both positions leading to his ATH position here. Dalske has that knack for playmaking. He makes the unusual plays or the highlight reel plays look easy. The speed is there to take a hand off the distance or to create separation from DBs down the field. He has soft hands and tracks the ball well. He has good field vision with the ball in his hands. Just find a way to get the ball in his hands. Good things seem to follow. I’m looking forward to seeing what he does next season.
