Recruiting Notes from the Under Armour Next Camp in LA

He mentioned he really enjoyed his visit to Oregon and USC has been making a push for him lately. UCLA and Arizona State have made an impression on Tubbs but it is very early in his recruitment and he has a visit to Oregon in the near future.
