Fast out of his stance and off the ball, he immediately threatens the edge and forces tackles to open up early. Technically sound with his hands, displaying the ability to string together different pass rush moves and counters to beat blockers. Shows a quick get off that forces tackles to respect his outside speed then converts that momentum into power to drive through contact and collapse the pocket. Physical at the POA using strong hands and good leverage to drive blockers back. Disrupts both the pass and run game setting a firm edge and attacking downhill with a high motor. Checks all the boxes in terms of athletic profile with a 4.68 40, 111” broad jump, 31” vertical, competes in powerlifting, and is also high academic with a 4.0 GPA. He's an active backfield force finishing the 2025 season with 11.5 sacks, 21.5 tackles for loss, and 48 total tackles. Well-coached with a strong technical foundation and diverse pass rush arsenal. A plus athlete that moves well in space showing good short area acceleration to run the arc and the flexibility to bend and finish. Keeps blockers off balance effectively mixing speed, power, and counters. Displays advanced hand usage that is efficient and well timed with purposeful strikes and the ability to disengage cleanly. Plays hard and at full speed but under control and in balance. Shows a high football IQ knowing how to attack blocks while maintaining leverage and taking efficient angles to the ball carrier. Good natural strength at the POA, he can anchor down to stack blockers but is also savvy to disengage and free himself up. Demonstrates that he can play in space and is a strong one on one tackler that is tough to break. He's an underrecruited D1 prospect with great versatility and natural defensive playmaking ability. As a sophomore, he logged 109 total tackles, 8 tackles for loss, and 8 sacks demonstrating his activity level and ability to finish plays behind the LOS. Smart and savvy defender that is quick to diagnose, trusts his reads, and triggers without hesitation. Athletically he shows good lateral mobility and change of direction to redirect and close on the ball. Good burst working downhill and possesses the range to make plays all over the field. Strong finisher who secures tackles in the open field and limits yards after contact with good wrap up technique. Will continue to be defensive leader for Centennial over the next two seasons.</p>
