Armstrong is a stock rising kicker that has a strong leg and has been tearing it up this offseason at camps. He recently received an offer from the University of Tennessee and has some other big D1 schools looking as well. He has been working on his kickoffs this offseason and has been adding hang time. He is Mr. Automatic and should be someone to know this season.

Rhett Armstrong Rhett Armstrong 6'4" | 160 lbs | K Palmer Ridge | 2025 State CO had a strong season to add under his belt. He had scored a total of 84 points, leading all 4A kickers in scoring. Armstrong went 69/70 on PATs, while going 5/6 on FGs. His longest field goal was 28 yards. With Palmer Ridge’s offense being consistently good, Armstrong wasn’t put into a lot of situations where he could showcase his kick accuracy at longer distances. However, Armstrong has the kick power to hit from any range needed from his team. He is a great kicker, and his accuracy is shown with his stats. Great performance over the season, and I’m excited to see what he can do in his senior year.

Who says kickers aren’t football players? Not me, as Rhett Armstrong Rhett Armstrong 6'4" | 160 lbs | K Palmer Ridge | 2025 State CO who place-kicks for Palmer Ridge has thus far proven his worth on a football field with his booming leg and impeccable accuracy. A first-team kicker and punter in 2022, Armstrong didn’t have a ton of field goal opportunities last season, but instead was super dependable with his PAT’s. Believe it or not, Armstrong went a remarkable 54-55 on extra-point attempts as a sophomore. Alas, he should only see more field goals tries from long distance this fall with his increased leg power.
