2027 Wheeling Park LB Quentin Scott enters his senior season with a chance to step into a much larger spotlight. Playing alongside a standout linebacker like Nolan Yanchak last year meant some of his work flew under the radar, but now Scott has an opportunity to become the next standout defender from a Wheeling Park program that has developed plenty of quality linebackers over the years. He brings a good frame, plays downhill, and shows the athleticism needed to make plays all over the field. Scott has the physical tools that colleges look for at the position and should be a key piece of the Patriots’ defense this fall. A strong senior season could put him firmly on the radar of D2 programs while giving him a very solid D3 floor.
