Expert Analysis

For the last few years, even in middle schools, whispers started to emerge about Peacock emerging as one of, if not the premier, 2029 WR in Georgia. While he has competitors for that top spot, Peacock wasted no time and produced at a prolific level as a freshman. He is a flexible, smooth athlete who can sink his weight to work different route combinations. He is a long, lanky player who will get bigger, and I am expecting him to add another gear as an athlete. He contributed a lot after the catch last year. This fall, I am excited to see how he develops as a vertical threat to tie his game together.

Staying put as the number one wide receiver prospect in Georgia for the 2029 class, Jordan Peacock Jordan Peacock 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Walton | 2029 State GA is an elite pass-catcher for the Walton Raiders who shined all season long against outstanding defenses during his terrific freshman season. Peacock hauled in 55 passes last fall for 757 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns. He’s terrific after the catch, he can stretch the field vertically, and he played more like a seasoned veteran than a young freshman last season. He’s an easy go-to target for the Walton Raiders in the passing game. Peacock is now ranked as the number 3 overall prospect in the state for his class.

A dynamic pass-catcher who can get open and make big plays down the field, Peacock is a natural wideout with sure hands and the ability to create separation from defenders. He brings good size, impressive burst, and easy big-play ability. He’s easily one of the state’s top young receivers and is coming off a fantastic freshman season for the Walton Raiders, hauling in 55 passes for 757 yards and five touchdowns. He was a major weapon in the Walton passing game who still has his best football way ahead of him. He’s ranked as the No. 1 WR prospect in the state with five-star potential down the road in the 2029 class.

Ranked as the No. 1 wide receiver in the state for the 2029 class, Peacock is living up to all the hype and is the leading receiver right now in the freshman class across the state. The sure-handed wideout has been a really consistent option for the Walton offense, hauling in 44 passes for 551 yards and four touchdowns. He’s caught at least five passes in five games this fall and has hit the 70-yard mark five times as well. He’s playing at a high level and should see his recruitment take off this winter.

Jordan Peacock Jordan Peacock 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Walton | 2029 State GA has received early buzz from his MS days and is a candidate to be the top receiver prospect in Georgia as he continues to develop. He is a long, lanky 6’1 175 with the look of a youngster with booming physical potential. He is a smooth-flowing athlete with the flexibility to sink his hips, shift his weight, and work route combinations all over the field. Right now, they are flipping the ball to him in the short areas to give him some opportunities with the ball in his hand. As the year goes on, I am expecting him to continue developing as a multi-level playmaker. Clear P4 talent.
