The first tight end to make an appearance on my coverage is Deacon Fleury. I really liked the fact that Fleury knows what he is and is not forcing it to become a receiver. This level-headed approach will enable him to develop as he should, as he grows into his 6’4″, 200lb frame entering high school. I only got a mere glimpse at Fleury once it seems this event. I thought that he must find a way to become a hair bit quicker when he comes out of his route, at the top of it. Doing so will create more separation and make catches easier. That said, I thought the group of linebackers who attended were exceptional.

Fleury is another physically gifted player standing at 6’4″. He has an elite frame, and I like his strength and size which can be used in both passing and catching games. He showed good reps and the ability to rack up catches. A solid route runner with solid speed as well.

A name you will be hearing a lot more coming soon out of Georgia Deacon Fleury. He looks like a FCS level size tight end already at 6’4 and 200 lbs.. I will be curious to see more of his tape in the blocking segment as he too looks like a willingly blocker.

Fleury has an uncanny ability to get open not just using his size but his athletic ability to maneuver in and around defenses into his route. He is going to be a standout player for sure at the “RIZE” in New Jersey. You can’t miss him; he stands out with appearance and in action on the gridiron. He’s a do-it-all tight end for sure. A must watch at the “RIZE” in Jersey.

I love this one’s game! Deacon Fleury has a great deal of athletic ability at the tight end position. He has the outstanding size already, the hands, the route running ability and the intangibles to make a next level playmaker. Fleury is a guy who can play both tight end and defensive end on the defensive side of the ball, but it certainly looks to me, he can really make a ton of noise for his team and around the Peach State at the tight end position. Fleury is the real deal!

We have a tight end on this list, tight end and edge guy but we are here talking about route runners and Deacon Fleury Deacon Fleury 6'4" | 199.5 lbs | TE/EDGE Walton | 2030 GA has that ability out of the tight end position to really be a major mismatch, not just because of his size but what he can do with his size. He can route run and find ways to get open which makes him an even bigger problem for defenses. His hands are sure and he is a special talent out of the 2030 class in the Peach State. I’m really excited to see all the great he will do for years to come!

Deacon Fleury Deacon Fleury 6'4" | 199.5 lbs | TE/EDGE Walton | 2030 GA has outstanding size already coming out of the 2030 class. He has tremendous body control at his size and sure hands. He really reminds me of former Notre Dame and Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert. He has that kind of talent early on and I believe as he continues to develop, Fleury is going to play early in high school and he will, he will for sure be a household name in the state of Georgia for the tight end position, he gives the hybrid tight end feel, super athletic, great size and hands, real deal.

He has a ton of ability, great size and he has the IQ for the game. He is one to follow close and to not sleep on for sure! Fleury is a ball player!
