Starting on the size aspect, Fleming is long-standing at 6'2” and has solid weight at 177 pounds. On tape, you see a kid who excels in off-man and zone coverage. Flemings is a ball hawk, often times being a gambler to try and make a play on the ball. In deep zones (quarters and thirds), he trails and then recovers, often times getting to the football. Flemings is an acrobat when attacking the football, showing off even more athleticism. His movement skills in specifically short area situations rock, he's reactive and quick, which for a bigger DB is awesome. He's reactive and at the blink of an eye is running downhill to make a tackle on a runner. In press coverage, he uses his length to his advantage as well. Fleming's early on is close to a complete package, while there are some small technical things I could nitpick against Flemings is a kid I'm calling my shot on and has an FBS ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1647878' first='Ean' last='Tatar'] is dynamic. While he is listed as a WR here on film, he has reps at RB, being used as the motion man, playing out wide, and on return duty. Tatar has more than adequate size to play WR. He is a long-strider kind of charging up his runs and routes, but he has breakaway speed and awesome body control. At the catch point, he uses his hands and plucks the ball out of the air. My only want is to see his route tree and precision as a route runner develop a little more. Tatar has all the tools of an FCS player, but a G5 ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1251651' first='Liam' last='Ludwig'] is a giant. Self-listed at 6'7” 243 pounds, this is a huge moldable ball of clay for an OT. Even when playing at a lesser weight, the strength had a little pop to it on film which surprised me. His movement at OT was good, and his technique for the most part was good. But i'm calling my shot on Ludwig because of just how high his ceiling is. He has the mentality to make a good offensive lineman, and the size just adds to it. If Ludwig can get up to around 275-280 in a season or 2, this is a kid with a huge power 4 ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1262768' first='Brody' last='Rock'] blew me away. His tape a freshman was stellar, and pair that with the size, this is an easy pick for me. He's a fast, long-speed brawler who offers a little shake and shimmy to his running style. Out of the backfield, Rock runs clean routes. After the catch, Rock is physical, not afraid to drop the shoulder or run through you. Rocks a patient player and a calculated runner, always looking to make a big play to help his team. This size and athleticism combo make for a high-ceiling player. Rock has an easy FBS ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1260044' first='Devontae' last='Smith'] makes his way onto this list for good reason. Standing with a good size as a freshman, Smith has a processor developed light years ahead of other freshman QBs. He's quick and decisive with the football. His accuracy is killer, and his touch he throws makes the ball spin beautifully in air. The accuracy, solid arm strength, and processing ability all rocks, but he adds another dimension with his rushing ability. Northgate uses Smith on QB keepers, letting him run free. Smith has a clear high ceiling and is getting my certified stamp.

Many of you know we do things differently here at PRZ. We like to call our shots on kids of every level and every class, so I'm going to put my stamp on some kids in District 7 and District 10 of the class of 2028.
