Spuhler is coming off a breakout junior season in 2024 and is continuing to show why he’s one of the top-ranked linebackers in his class with his level of play early into the season. The #3 LB in PRZ NV’s 2026 rankings has 42 total tackles on the season to go along with 6 TFLs and 3.5 sacks through five games. He’s a physical run defender that’s quick to get downhill and fill gaps. He’s violent and aggressive when dealing with blockers and does a good job of reading his keys to beat linemen to the spot. Spuhler is one of the top unoffered seniors in northern Nevada.
