To be honest, the Stock-Risers series is one of my favorites to write as we get to peel back the curtain and highlight players who have caught our attention recently. After highlighting the running backs and quarterbacks, it's time to look at the pass catchers who got a bump in Monday's rankings update.

Bolder made the biggest jump of any of the guys ranked in our top bucket in the previous rankings, moving from 13 all the way up to the second spot. NC State continues to do well recruiting Tar Heel state receivers and Bolder actually has more to do before he reaches his ceiling. He has the speed, shiftiness and hands to be the top receiver in the class.

It was probably pure oversight on our part to not have Rowe in the rankings immediately following last season, but we've tried to make amends as the South Carolina commit jumps all the way to No. 13 overall. He has a unique blend of size, speed and lateral agility as he excels both at the catch point and after the catch. He's an elite special teams threat with three punt return touchdowns a season ago and his leaping ability might be unmatched, but he needs to put on some more weight before he's ready to take on college defenders.

Anthony makes the big jump from just outside the top 100 to 39th in our rankings in this update. He primarily plays out wide for Cannon, but he's a tight end in college. He's a huge target with an elite catch radius and he uses his body well to shield defenders. While a bit raw as an in-line blocker, Anthony has the tools to be a high-level vertical threat at the tight end position.

Morrow was actually a late bump in the rankings, only moving up on the back end of our database when I did a deep dive on some 2025 tight ends in early June. However, the film shows he's one of the best in the state. Apex doesn't ask much of him from a route running perspective, but he consistently finds the soft spot against the zone and is extremely athletic. He'll need to work on some in-line blocking, but he has a high motor, good speed and great hands.

Murray is a bit raw as a pure receiver, but he has elite athleticism. Right now, Murray can beat almost anyone with pure speed and he has solid hands as well, but where he can continue to develop is as a route runner. Almost as an aside, I'm intrigued by the thought of Murray as a defensive back, where he's played a bit for Eastern Guilford and where he could have ridiculous upside.

Neely blew up on the recruiting trail this offseason and capped off his recruitment with a recent commitment to Howard. Honestly though, I think Neely has potential Group of Five or even Power Four upside because his acceleration and ability after the catch will translate to the college level. Neely averaged a ridiculous 21.2 yards per catch last year, but I'd like to see him be a bit more consistent with his hands.

There are a few competetion level concerns, as Little often outruns and outmuscles his opponents, but his upside is impressive. He's long and has good body control that he's able to use to catch balls outside of his frame. The numbers last year were ridiculous, so he has the ability. I'll be looking for some strides in route-running as I go through his senior film.

Grant has really enjoyed a great offseason as he's put in the work to transform his body and improve his athleticism numbers, culminating with a 4.43 40 time at Gardner Webb's camps this summer. He only had 20 catches at North Mecklenburg last year, but he's a guy we've ID'd as a potential All-Conference guy this season.

Wynn led the entire state with nearly 2,000 receiving yards last season for 1A Hobbton and will move to 4A power Hough this year, which should put more eyes on the talented receiver. He's raw as a route runner, but has good athleticism and can get behind the defense. He tracks the ball well in the air and has soft hands. I'm interested to see how he adjusts to the change in competition level.
