It took Bolder a couple of weeks to build a rapport with his quarterback, as Forest Hills added its starting signal caller soon before the season, but now he’s really gotten going. He had 30 catches for 425 yards while playing defense and special teams as well. Bolder plays bigger than his size would indicate and he’s always a threat to beat defenses down the field.

Bolder made the biggest jump of any of the guys ranked in our top bucket in the previous rankings, moving from 13 all the way up to the second spot. NC State continues to do well recruiting Tar Heel state receivers and Bolder actually has more to do before he reaches his ceiling. He has the speed, shiftiness and hands to be the top receiver in the class.
