Hopkinson returns to Boulder City for his senior season after throwing for over 2,300 yards and 23 TDs as a junior. He's a mobile pocket-passer that's patient with his reads and can move/extend the pocket as a savvy playmaker. He can take advantage of space with his legs when given, has some natural power in his arm, and isn't afraid to challenge tight windows down the field. Hopkinson's one of the top players to watch in Nevada 3A football next season.

Crawford returns to lead Legacy into 5A D-II after helping capture the 5A D-III state title as a junior last season. The 6'2”/200 QB threw for over 2,200 yards and 22 TDs a season ago and returns the team's top two receivers- including one of the top WR prospects in the state's 2025 class, [player_tooltip player_id='820683' first='Dominic' last='Oliver']. Crawford's a strong-armed pocket passer that can drive the ball downfield and make throws to every area of the field. He has the velocity and ball placement to fit it into tight spots towards the sidelines and shows awareness moving defenders with his eyes. Crawford has a great opportunity of ahead of him to put his name on the radar with another productive season against a higher level of competition in the fall.

James is a dynamic QB that showed dual-threat potential as a junior for Mater East. He showed the ability to get outside the pocket and make accruate throws on the run while throwing for 2,000 yards and 21 TDs last season. He's a quick, agile athlete that can creatively evade the rush and is quick to get to the second level when he tucks and runs. He's effective in the RPO game and can challenge the defense vertically with his arm strength. Look for continued growth and development from James in his senior season.

Stowers- the only 2026 to make the list- returns to Desert Pines after throwing for nearly 2,100 yards and 19 TDs as a sophomore. He's a strong, athletic lefty at 6'/205 that's effective at getting the ball out in-rhythm and on time. He has quick, active feet in the pocket that he can use to escape the rush but is still a bit raw in his mechanics and footwork at this stage. He's an accurate thrower on rollouts and can lead his playmakers into space on quick hitters. Stowers should be considered one of the top 2026 QBs in Vegas heading into next season.

Krause is the most offered QB on this list after adding offers from UNLV, Portland St., and Northern Arizona since throwing for 2,000 yards and 19 TDs as a junior. He's a talented passer with strong upside in his physical tools: size (6'4”/190), arm strength, and natural athleticism. He has deceptive speed in his long strides with plus-side pocket mobility and can chew up ground outside the OTs when tucking the ball. He can push the ball down the field with a live arm and shows confidence threading the needle into tight windows. Krause has the potential to push for the #1-QB spot in Nevada's senior class heading into the upcoming season.
