Oliver took an official visit with Utah Tech in mid-November. The #3-ATH in PRZ NV’s 2025 class is the top two-way playmaker left on the board holding offers from Iowa St., UNLV, Northern Arizona, and Portland St. He totaled over 700 receiving yards and 15 TDs on offense and led the state in INTs with 8 as a senior. Oliver’s an elite talent with rare versatility and athleticism.

Oliver added an offer from Utah Tech and his first Big-12 offer from Iowa St. this month. The 6’1″/165 WR/DB is having a massively productive season on both sides of the ball with nearly 500 receiving yards and 10 TDs on offense and 5 INTs on defense. Oliver- the #3 WR in PRZ NV’s 2025 rankings- is showing his upside in the secondary this season.

Oliver recorded two INTs and returned them both for TDs in Legacy’s impressive 28-13 win over a 5A opponent, Desert Pines. He came into the season ranked as the #3-WR in PRZ NV’s 2025 rankings after posting 780 yards and 7 TDs as a junior, and has looked even more impressive on the defensive side of the ball with a state-leading 5 INTs through four games this season. Oliver- who holds offers from Nevada, UNLV, NAU, and Portland St.- added an offer from Utah Tech after his impressive performance.

Oliver has dominated all season long on both sides of the ball for the Legacy HS Longhorns. On Friday night Oliver had a stellar performance on defense coming down with two interceptions in the upset win against Las Vegas powerhouse Desert Pines High School. Oliver currently holds a couple of D1 offers and will have a few more to pick from when the season is over with.

has some long strides and does a really nice job adjusting to the ball while keeping defenders where they can’t get to it. His ball tracking is really impressive which allows him to know where to be and be able to adjust his route. A versatile player, Oliver doubles as a defensive back where he finished with an interception and four passes defended. He’s got a really quick first step which helps him on both sides of the ball, but offensively they have his releases off the line of scrimmage looking very crisp. Finishing his junior year with nearly 800 yards on 17.5 yards a reception, Oliver is an explosive player coaches should have their eye on through 2024.

Oliver led the 5A D-III champs in receiving with 45 catches for nearly 800 yards and 8 TDs on the season. He’s an athletic playmaker on the perimeter with major upside in his natural hands, body control, and catch radius. He’s dominant at the catch-point with his ability to make catches against tight coverage, ability to adjust to balls in-flight, and concentration downfield. Look for Oliver, who picked up his first offer from Colorado St. in April, to attract more D-I suitors heading into his senior season.

and the rest of the Legacy Longhorns are hungry to finish their season with a state championship victory. Dominic has received interest from the University of Nevada throughout this season. Although I think defensive coaches want to see Dominic lock up Galena’s ball carriers, I would expect the playmaker’s offensive recruitment to pick up once the postseason ends. Dominic’s combination of size, speed, and strong hands gets displayed elevating over defenders to make tough catches on vertical throws. Quick feet and next level acceleration allow Dominic to consistently separate from defenders. Good length, adjustment ability, solid hands, and next level speed tools will allow Dominic to line up at either X or Z in college. Watch for Dominic to finish his junior year by giving Galena problems on both sides of the ball today.

is one of the fastest rising receivers in Las Vegas. Dominic has received attention from Utah State, UNLV, and Nevada this fall. Expect the offers to come rolling in before spring gets here. Dominic’s length, athleticism, and strong hands allow him to elevate over defenders and make contested catches above his head. Next level burst and top speed gets displayed separating from off man defenders. Dominic displays good strength, balance, and lateral quickness with the ball in his hands. Good size, hands, and elusiveness highlight Dominic’s potential to be a versatile playmaker in college.
